mrs precision auditing are now undertaking observation audits for customers.

The services specialises in front of house fraudulent practices, which often go unnoticed in the hospitality industry. Our skilled Observation Auditors will:

  • visit a named site as a customer, ordering food/drink
  • observe the front of house team serving other customers/guests
  • observe what is sent out through the Bar and record discretely
  • observe how payment is taken, and how this is processed through the till system
  • times will be taken and observation checks will be matched back to the support Electronic Journals formulated on the back office systems
  • findings will be promptly reported to senior management
  • investigation interviewing can also be added to the service should this be desired also
