Gurjit Panesar

Gurjit Panesar, Audit Director
Gurjit has been with m-r-s for 10 years originally joining the team as a Regional Manager. He was promoted to Commercial Director in 2002 and then become the company’s Audit Director in 2007. Gurjit previously worked in various management and financial roles for Welcome Break and later joined the accounts team for the Coventry Building Society. "My role with the organisation is to regularly engage with our clients and to develop audit programmes that ensures that relevant controls are in place and that financial risk is minimised."

David Bailey

David Bailey

David Bailey, Stock Audit Director
David has been with m-r-s for 14 years originally joining the team as a stock auditor. He was promoted to the position of Stock Audit Executive in 2002 and then become the company’s Stock Audit Director in 2007. Since joining m-r-s David has implemented new procedures to improve the service and quality of the stock audits. He has also managed the expansion of m-r-s into the republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. “What drives me is consulting with clients on ways to improve the profits of their business"

Quentin Hitchcock

Quentin

Quentin Hitchcock, Regional Director
Quentin has been with m-r-s for 5 years originally joining the team as a Controls and Procedures Auditor. He was promoted to Regional Manager in 2007 and Regional Director in 2009. Quentin graduated with a BA Hons Degree in Hospitality and Business Management and continued his career in the retail and hospitality markets with Tragus Holdings, Whitbread and the Restaurant Group where he held various management positions. "My role with the organisation is to effectively manage the m-r-s team and take the customer audit requirements and effectively schedule our team of auditors to meet our customers KPI’s."

Lesley Perry

Lesley Perry

Lesley Perry, Financial Controller
Lesley has been with m-r-s for 10 years originally joining the team as Office Manager, moving to Financial Controller in 2008. Lesley has an experienced retail management background, which included working within the hospitality sector. “The values held by the team at m-r-s greatly assist my role in the control of costs, and cash flow, which is paramount to the success of any business”

Nilesh Mistry

Nilesh Mistry

Nilesh Mistry, Head of Investigations
Nilesh has been with m-r-s for 10 years originally joining the team as a Controls and Procedures Auditor. He was promoted to Audit Trainer in 2005 and then became the company’s Head of Investigations in 2010. Nilesh previously worked in various financial roles including accountancy practices and later joined the accounts team for the Coventry Building Society. "My role within m-r-s is to identify fraud activity for our clients businesses and to find solutions to minimise the risk of fraud".

Sarah Webster

Sarah Webster

Sarah Webster, Quality Controller
Sarah has been with m-r-s for for over 2 years, originally joining as a Controls and Procedures Auditor. She was promoted to Quality Control Auditor in September 2008. Sarah previously worked as a Manager for Vintage Inns and Caffe Nero as well as an IT systems trainer for De Vere Hotels and Aramark Contract Catering. “My role in the organisation is to not only complete Financial Risk Audits for our clients but also to regularly review the rest of the team’s audits. This is to ensure that consistency and high standards are maintained for all our audit clients.”

Chris Banbury

Chris Banbury

Chris Banbury
Chris has been with m-r-s for three years joining the company in the role of ‘Operations Support Administrator'. In July 2010 he was promoted to the role of ‘Investigation Auditor and IT Support’. Chris joined the company immediately after graduating in November 2008. “I’m responsible for ensuring both our clients and employees needs are best met using the most useful IT resources for that task. The world of IT is constantly changing and keeping up to date is vital.”
